AllFreeTool is a free online perler bead pattern generator that turns a picture or a short piece of text into a printable bead grid with a colour legend. You choose a grid size from sixteen to sixty-four beads per row, pick a colour palette, and every cell is matched to the nearest colour in that palette. You can download the coloured pattern, a symbol version, and a colour list. It all runs locally in your browser.
It suits planning a bead project from a picture, making a pattern for a gift or for a large wall piece, or creating a simple pattern from a name or a short phrase. The colour legend tells you exactly how many beads of each colour you need, which is the part that saves the most time at the shop or at the bead tray.

Common questions
What makes a good picture to convert?+
A small image with clear outlines and strong contrast converts best, because each bead can only hold one colour. Detailed photographs turn into a noisy pattern at small grid sizes, so a simple logo, a cartoon character or a bold icon gives the most satisfying result.
How does the colour matching work?+
Each grid cell samples the colour of the original picture at that position and is matched to the closest colour available in the palette you selected. The legend then counts how many cells use each colour, which tells you how many beads to buy and which ones to put out first.
What is the difference between the coloured and symbol patterns?+
The coloured pattern shows each cell filled with its palette colour, which is the easiest pattern to follow when laying out beads. The symbol pattern replaces the colours with distinct symbols, which makes it much easier to count a particular colour and to check your work as you build.
Is my image uploaded anywhere?+
No. The picture is read into the page, reduced to the grid and colour matched there, with no network request at any point. Your source image stays on your own device and nothing is kept after you close the tab.
