Is the extracted text the same as what I see in the browser?＋
Essentially yes. Scripts, styles and noscript content are removed, and block-level tags are turned into line breaks, so the layout comes out tidier. Pure CSS layout cannot be reproduced, and complex table structures may need manual adjustment afterwards.
Why does the word count differ from the original page?＋
The count covers both English words and Chinese characters, and punctuation is not counted separately. Chinese text is measured per character, which is the more intuitive way to read it. If you need an exact English word count, check it against the extracted text yourself.
Can it check my whole website?＋
