3D Model Viewer🔥 PopularNEW
Open glTF, GLB, OBJ, STL, PLY and 3MF models right in your browser
Checking your access…
AllFreeTool's 3D Model Viewer opens glTF, GLB, OBJ, STL, PLY and 3MF files right in your browser. There is no need to install Blender or SketchUp, and nothing is uploaded to a server. Pick a file and the model appears immediately: drag with the left mouse button to orbit, scroll to zoom, right-drag to pan, and use the auto-rotate and ground-grid switches to inspect every side.
While the model renders, the tool also parses its structure for you: mesh count, triangles, vertices, materials, textures, animations, the real dimensions of its bounding box, and the name of the software that generated the file. A per-mesh table sorted by face count points straight at the objects that are slowing things down. Parsing and rendering both happen locally, so the model never leaves your machine.
Why use 3D Model Viewer on AllFreeTool?
Live Preview
Real-time WebGL rendering with orbit, zoom and pan, plus auto-rotate and ground-grid toggles.
Six Formats
glTF, GLB, OBJ, STL, PLY and 3MF are detected by file extension, with magic-number fallback.
Runs Locally
The file is read from disk into memory and parsed in the browser — no upload request is made.
Structure Report
Meshes, triangles, vertices, materials, textures, animations and bounding box in one panel.
How to use 3D Model Viewer
Choose a Model
Click the drop area or drag a glTF, GLB, OBJ, STL, PLY or 3MF file into it.
Adjust the View
Orbit with the left button, scroll to zoom, right-drag to pan, and toggle auto-rotate or the grid.
Read the Model Info
Check the scale statistics and bounding box, and use the mesh table to find the heaviest objects.
Common questions
Are my model files uploaded to a server?+
No. The file is read through the browser's File API into memory and parsed locally by three.js. No upload request is ever made, so even unreleased assets stay private.
Why does my model look black or invisible?+
There are three usual causes: the material depends on external textures that were not uploaded alongside the file, the model is authored in a different axis convention and faces away from the camera, or the model is so small that it sits far outside the initial framing. Try converting it to GLB with the format converter to check whether the materials survive, or open it in a geometry-only format such as STL or PLY, which needs no textures.
Does it handle rigged and animated models?+
Yes. Animations inside glTF and GLB are parsed and counted, and they are written back out when you export through the format converter. The viewer itself renders the rest pose, so there is no animation playback control yet.
A large model is slow or the page stutters — what should I do?+
Check the triangle count with the 3D Model Analyzer first. Beyond a million triangles the browser is under real strain. You can convert to STL or PLY to drop the material overhead, or reduce the mesh in your modelling software before previewing it.
