PDF PreflightNEW
Check page sizes, embedded fonts, small text and low-resolution images
Checking your access…
AllFreeTool is a free online PDF preflight checker that inspects a document before it goes to print and reports the things that commonly cause trouble. It checks whether all pages share the same size, whether fonts are embedded, whether any image resolution is too low, and whether any text is set too small to print cleanly. The file is analysed locally and never uploaded.
It suits designers and office staff who send print-ready PDFs to an external printer and want to catch the obvious problems first, rather than paying for a re-run. The report lists each finding with its level, the page it affects and a plain description, and it says clearly when no obvious problems were found.
Why use PDF Preflight on AllFreeTool?
Page Size Check

Font Embedding
Reports fonts that are not embedded, which are the usual cause of shifted text in print.

Common questions
What does a preflight check actually catch?+
It looks for the problems that most often make a print job fail: pages in different sizes within one document, fonts that were not embedded, images at a resolution too low for the intended output, and text set at a very small point size. These are exactly the issues a print shop would charge you to fix.
Why do non-embedded fonts matter?+
When a font is not embedded, the printer has to substitute a similar one, and the text can reflow, change width, or even shift whole lines of copy. The checker lists the affected fonts so you can re-export the document with fonts embedded before sending it.
How is the report organised?+
Each finding appears with a level of error, warning or info, together with the page number and a description of the problem. When nothing obvious is found, the report says so plainly, which is a useful signal that the file is in reasonable shape for printing.
Is the document sent anywhere for analysis?+
No. The checks are performed by reading the file in your browser, and no request is made to any server. The document is not stored, so confidential material such as a contract or a report can be checked with complete peace of mind.
