Evaluate any expression with functions, brackets and hex or binary output

Completely free

Checking your access…

AllFreeTool is a free online calculator that evaluates everyday arithmetic expressions such as (12+8)*3 / 2^4. It supports addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, power, modulo and parentheses, plus the usual functions including sin, cos, tan, log, ln, sqrt, absolute value, and the constants pi and e. Everything runs locally in your browser, so no expression you type is ever uploaded.

Use it for a quick check at work, for homework, or whenever a receipt, a discount or a unit conversion needs a number you can trust. A keypad, an on-screen history list, a degree or radian switch, and hex and binary output for the result are all built in, and nothing needs to be installed.

Why use Online Calculator on AllFreeTool?

🧮

Full Expression Support

Add, subtract, multiply, divide, raise to a power, take a remainder, and group with parentheses.

📐

Math Functions

Use sin, cos, tan, asin, acos, atan, log, ln, sqrt, abs, exp, and the pi and e constants.

📜

Calculation History

Every result is kept in a list you can reopen, so you can trace back through earlier answers.

🔒

Runs Locally

The parser runs inside your browser with no network calls, so your expressions stay private.

How to use Online Calculator

2

Calculate

Press Calculate or hit Enter, and the result appears with hex and binary readouts.

3

Check History

Review the saved calculations below, and switch the angle unit if you work in radians.

Common questions

Which operators and functions can I use?+

The calculator handles the four basic operations, exponentiation, modulo and parentheses, plus sin, cos, tan, asin, acos, atan, log, ln, sqrt, abs, exp, round, floor and ceil with the constants pi and e. Everything is evaluated locally in your browser, so nothing you type is sent to a server.

Why do my trigonometric results look wrong?+

Check the angle unit switch in the panel. Trig functions are evaluated in radians by default in many tools, so switching to degrees fixes values such as sin(30), which should be 0.5 in degree mode. The mode is applied to every calculation in the current session.

Is my expression uploaded anywhere?+

No. The expression is parsed and evaluated entirely on your own device with a hand-written recursive-descent parser, so no network request is made and nothing is stored. You can safely calculate figures that belong to a confidential document while offline.

What happens when the calculation is invalid?+

You get a clear message rather than a wrong number: division by zero, a domain error such as log(0) or sqrt of a negative, an unknown symbol, or an unrecognised character are each reported separately. The history list keeps your earlier valid results intact while you fix the expression.
