Data Format ConverterNEW
Convert JSON, XML, YAML and CSV data back and forth
Checking your access…
AllFreeTool is a free online data format converter that moves your data between JSON, YAML, XML, CSV, JSONL and TOML. Paste in the source, pick the target format, and you get the converted result that you can copy or download, with a sample to try and a swap button for the reverse direction. The parsing and serialising happen entirely in your browser, so your data never leaves the device.
It is the quickest way to turn an API response into something you can paste into a config file, to reshape a CSV for a bulk import, or to read a bit of TOML without hunting for the right tool. Because the parsers are hand-written and lightweight, the page starts instantly and keeps working offline.

Common questions
Which formats are supported?+
JSON, YAML, XML, CSV, JSONL and TOML, and you can convert from any of them to any other supported target. JSONL is handled as one JSON value per line, which is why it is the natural format to choose when your data came from a stream of records.
Why did my input fail to parse?+
The parsers are strict, so a trailing comma in JSON, a mismatched quote in CSV, or an unclosed tag in XML is rejected with a clear message rather than a half-broken result. Check the input format first, and remember that XML needs a single root element and that CSV values containing commas must be quoted.
Is my data uploaded to a server?+
No. Everything happens in the page: a set of small hand-written parsers converts between the formats without any network call. That means no configuration, no API response, and no personal record is ever transmitted, stored, or logged.
How are the results formatted?+
The output is generated with consistent indentation so it stays readable, and CSV rows follow the same column order as the source data. The result panel lets you copy it with one click or download it as a file with the right extension for the target format.
