Completely free

Checking your access…

AllFreeTool is a free online periodic table of the elements. You get all 118 elements laid out in the familiar grid, and you can search by name, symbol or atomic number, or simply click an element to open its full record. The details include atomic number, atomic mass, category, period, group, state, melting point, boiling point, density and electron shells. It works offline in your browser.

It suits a student revising for a chemistry test, a teacher preparing a lesson, or anyone checking a value from memory and wanting a quick confirmation. The search is the fastest route when you know what you are looking for, while clicking through the grid works well when you are exploring the shape of the table itself.

Common questions

Which properties does each element record?+

The detail panel lists the atomic number, the chemical symbol, the relative atomic mass, the category, the period, the group, the state at room temperature, the melting and boiling points, the density, the electron shell configuration, and who discovered it and when.

How does the search work?+

The search field matches against the element name, the chemical symbol and the atomic number at the same time, so typing fe, iron or 26 all bring up the same element. It is much quicker than hunting along the row when you already know roughly what you are looking for.

Is the table really complete?+

Yes, all 118 known elements are included, with the lanthanides and actinides laid out separately below the main grid in the standard way. Every entry opens the same detail view with the same set of properties.

Does it need an internet connection?+

No. The data is bundled with the page, so the table opens and responds instantly whether or not you are online. Nothing about your browsing is transmitted, because the page makes no request at all.
