Percentage CalculatorNEW
Work out percentages of a value, changes, shares and increases
Checking your access…
AllFreeTool is a free online percentage calculator that handles the four percentage questions people ask most often: what percent one number is of another, how much one number grew or shrank relative to another, what a given percentage of an amount equals, and what a number becomes after a percentage increase or decrease. All calculations run in your browser and no input leaves your device.
It is useful for discount maths when shopping, for reading growth figures in a report, for splitting a bill, for working out a tip, or for any quick ratio you need before a meeting. Decimals are supported and results keep four decimal places so nothing is rounded away prematurely.
Why use Percentage Calculator on AllFreeTool?
Four Calculation Types
Switch between share, growth rate, percentage of a value, and percentage adjustment.
Clear Direction
A growth result states plainly whether the value increased or decreased, and by how much.
Quick Reference
Built-in examples cover shares, growth rates and after-discount prices for a fast sanity check.
Local Maths
Every figure is computed on your own device, so your numbers never reach a server.

Common questions
What are the four percentage types?+
You can ask what percent A is of B, how much A is larger or smaller than B, what P percent of a value B equals, and what a value A becomes after it is increased or decreased by P percent. Each type asks for different fields, and the tool tells you which ones it needs.
Are decimals allowed in the inputs?+
Yes. Decimals are accepted in all three fields, and results are rounded to four decimal places rather than being truncated, so a small but real difference still shows up in the output. A value of zero where the formula divides is rejected with a clear message.
How do I calculate a discount price here?+
Use the adjustment type, enter the original price as value A and the discount as P with a negative sign, for example -20 for twenty percent off. Alternatively use the percentage-of-a-value type with the discount rate and the original price to obtain the amount you save.
Is my data uploaded to a server?+
No. The whole calculation runs locally in the browser, so the numbers you type are never transmitted, logged, or stored. The page works offline, and closing it leaves nothing behind on our side.
