Gantt Chart MakerNEW
Turn a task list into a Gantt chart with timelines and progress
Checking your access…
AllFreeTool is a free online Gantt chart maker. You add tasks with a name, an owner, a start date, an end date and a progress percentage, and the chart draws them as bars on a timeline with a marker for today. The result can be exported as a PNG image or saved as JSON for later editing. It all runs locally in your browser.
It suits planning a project, laying out a rollout, mapping a sprint, or showing a team how the work lines up in time. Because the data is just a task list, you can build the chart without a spreadsheet or a project management account, and then share the finished image or the JSON file with anyone.
Why use Gantt Chart Maker on AllFreeTool?

Each task records an owner and a progress percentage, both shown in the list.

Common questions
What information does each task need?+
A name, an owner, a start date and an end date, plus a progress figure that you can adjust as the work moves along. The dates determine where the bar sits on the timeline, and the progress is what makes a partially finished task visible in the plan.
Can I keep the plan for later?+
Yes, export the task list as JSON and import it back in a later session. The dates, owners and progress values are all restored, which means you can share the plan as a file or keep a working copy next to the one you show to the team.
Does the chart show today on the timeline?+
There is a marker for the current date on the axis, which makes it easy to see at a glance which tasks are done, which are running, and which have not started. It is calculated from your own device clock rather than from a server.
Is my project plan uploaded?+
No. The task list and the chart are handled entirely in your browser, so your tasks, owners and dates never reach a server and are not stored. The PNG and JSON exports are the only way any of it leaves the page, and you control that.
