How are the totals worked out?＋
Each row contributes its quantity multiplied by its unit price to the subtotal, and the tax rate on that row is applied on top. The invoice total is the subtotal plus the summed tax, and every figure recalculates as soon as you change a quantity, a price or a rate.
Can I save the invoice as a PDF?＋
Yes, the print button opens the browser print dialog where you choose save as PDF as the destination. Set the margins to none so the layout matches the preview, and turn off the headers and footers that browsers add by default.
Is this a legal tax invoice?＋
This is a formatting tool that produces a clear, professional document for a transaction, and it is not an accounting system and does not issue official tax invoices. For regulated invoicing requirements, check the rules that apply in your country and use a proper invoicing service if you need to comply.
